Tabata is a great protocol to use for High Intensity Training. You can use all kinds of exercises for it. This morning I did some boxing tabata style after a strength workout. This is a great finisher for the end of a workout. It will get you into fantastic shape, melt off the fat, and improve your fitness.
How to do it:
- pick a combination
- drill it as hard as you can for 20 secs
- rest for 10 secs
- repeat with another combination for a total of 8 rounds
The 20 secs of work has to be at 100% intensity!
