6pm did some work with group training crew, then did a kettlebell circuit after that.

11am piece of frittata, an apple
1pm broccoli, cauli, potato, spinach soup, portion of mince
3pm 1 chicken sushi roll
5pm nectarine, few grapes, coffee with milk, teaspoon of peanut butter
8pm stirfry with brocolli, cauli, carrots, green beans, onions, chicken, soy sauce, seasme oil, oyster sauce, and brown rice
dessert: some watermelon, kiwi, nectarine
