Had a great day of training today.
I had a strength session at 6.30am:
Heavy Front Squats 3 x 3
stiff legged dead lifts 4 x 10
KB swings 4 x15
Bench press 4 x10
in the pm I got some conditioning in at C Yourself FIT gym:
i did some 'Threshold Training' on the treadmill. this involved 4 sets of-
3 mins work (16- 17kmh0
1 mins rest
during the work intervals i tried to keep my HR around 165 bpm for the 3 mins.
Then got some work in holding pads for the Group Fitness peeps. And finished it off with a couple of rounds on the heavy bag.
7.30am coffee with tablespoon of cream
8.30am piece of frittata, banana, granola with milk
11am yoghurt with berries and scoop poein powder
2.30pm some left over chicken and veg stir fry
4pm apple, mandarin
7.30pm massive bowl of mincebeef, chicken breast, and a salad of spinach tomatoes, roast veg. Some cottage cheese and hot sauce on top.
8pm portions of 85% dark chocolate.
